- Power (Encounter): Free Action. Use this power before you make a Endurance check. Treat that check as though you rolled a natural 20.
- Power (Daily * Charm): Standard. Make an attack: Ranged sight; Charisma + 5 vs. Will; on a hit, the target is dominated (save ends).
